"Thank you so much, Laniya. As the desk person, you were wonderfully kind and professional in helping me navigate the process of getting my vehicle towed when it wouldn't start. At one point, I was very frustrated, but you calmly volunteered to get a person on the line who could address my questions. It turned out that I had entered in a wrong policy number in the online system, which was linked to a different person. So that was why I was being charged a towing fee though I have emergency assistance in my own policy. The credit card charge was reversed. And so, with that worked out, my vehicle was jumped and it is already repaired by my mechanic. You helped me feel valued and understood. Keep up the great job!"

"I was with this agency for years with no problems so in the past I would agree with many of the other reviews. but over the last year Busters newer employees dont seem to me they know what they are doing in my opinion as I tried to sign up fur safe drive and couldnt and no one would help me. they blamed it on me not being capable of doing it right. in the end they had the wrong information on their records so safe drive would take the correct info I was putting in. I was upset at the time and ever since I've been treated so badly by their staff. also when you never get your bills and need to sign up for things they are no help at all I think. And Buster who seems to be hardly ever there just sidees with them instead of the customers side of the story. Your better off getting a different State farm agency as this one has been the most aggravating experience ever lately I think. I'm very scared they will end up cancelling my insurace just for some kind of revenge for me complaining about them which I had every right to do. They seem to me they like playing games like children do. But insurance is a serious thing so im not taking any more chances with buster Nelson agency. I will be transferring to another agent as I like State Farm but Buster Nelson agency is one I just can no longer deal with and they sure don't treat me like a valuable customer at all any longer."
